I just purchased Newspaper 7 and have it up and running on my site brokenamerica.today and we are having issues with it displaying correctly on iOS devices. We are getting the following:
Not sure why this is happening. It looks like it the home page only and the menu system isn’t correct also.
If you click the link at the bottom the site. View Full Site it looks okay but mobile is bad!!!!! Very disappointed with the theme.

I have inspected your website now, and it seems to work as expected on mobile devices. I guess that you have used the mobile theme and that’s why your Visual Composer shortcode have not been rendered.
