Hello Team,
I want to share two issues I am facing.
Issue 1
It seems that what I see in a logged-in view after editing a page with TagDiv is different from the logged-out view.
1.1 For example, if you see this link , you will only see a “black bordered yellow box” on the right of the page AND a menu element called “Section” (yellow coloured text despite it being set to black! ). It is also not clickable for some reason.
However, in the LOGGED IN VIEW, I see it like this — like it is supposed to be.
1.2 You will also notice in the video that when I hover over the gallery of images, a grey overlay box appears ON the image with the heart sign. However, if you see this in a logged out view, the grey overlay appears UNDER the image. This gallery is added via a shortcode in the Column Text.
Interestingly, I’ve used the gallery in a single-post (not template) via the same shortcode and it works perfect, even in a logged-out view.
Issue 2
It seems that I am unable to add rows or edit any page / template while using Safari after the new macOS Sonoma update. I also have another non-updated MacOS and editing on Safari from that system works perfect.
I really hope you can help me here as it is causing a bit of a slowdown in my project. đ

Hi,
We will investigate the issue; please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access.
Thank you!
Hello @Anamaria
I am really looking forward to your response — I understand your Support team might be overwhelmed with requests but it would be good to understand if you even had a moment to see the problem yet. As I mentioned earlier, it is slowing my project down – I’m trying to meet a deadline myself, so would be great to hear from you.
