In the forum, it is mentioned that we need to create the template first. However, I am using default template in Newspaper theme. How can I add a modified date element in the default one?

Hi,
If you want to use the modified date on post on responsive version of Newspaper theme ( not mobile theme plugin ) you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, because this option is only on templates from cloud, and set the single post modified date element using tagDiv Composer

Unfortunately this is the only solution for the moment.
