If the problem persist, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action('admin_head',function() {
echo '<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>';
});
