My site (https://www.99signals.com/) is loading in Serif typeface, whereas the font I’ve selected in theme settings is “Source Sans Pro.” Sharing a screenshot for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpuwq8Nz. The site was loading fine in “Source Sans Pro” until a few days ago. I thought it was WP Rocket, my caching plugin, that was causing the issue, but their support team said the problem is with the theme. Can you please look into this problem and let me know how to fix this?

First you need to make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, please disable all non theme plugin and let only tagDiv plugin, then check to see if the problem persists.
If the problem is still there please provide a link where I can inspect this situation.
Also make sure that is not a browser cache because for me the font is displaying -> https://i.imgur.com/oZYL8Jl.png

Disabled all the plugins, but the problem is still there. I also cleared the browser cache and visited my site from different browsers (Safari and Firefox), but the font issue is still there. Don’t you guys provide one-on-one support? I extended my TagDiv support for 6 months, thinking I could get some help with this problem. What does the support cover? I couldn’t find a support email address anywhere, so I decided to post on this forum.

Hi Calin – I did write to your support team and they confirmed there’s a problem. The site is indeed loading in Times New Roman typeface. Can you please look into this problem now and help me resolve it?
