Issue with license activation – Envato API error on Newsletter template

Hi TagDiv Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am currently trying to activate my license for the Newsletter template, but I keep encountering the following error message:
“Envato API is down, please try again later.”

I have been trying to activate it repeatedly since this morning, but the error persists. Could you please check if there is an issue on your end, or advise me on how to bypass this to complete my activation?

Hi,

I checked the key from your screenshot and on our side it seems to be in order. It is assigned to two websites. That kind of problem could be caused by something else, not the key itself.

I will investigate the issue. I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (user and pass) for the website, then I can check the issue directly on the website. Please also include a link to this topic in the email. Let me know.
