Your website appear like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/smGx4Bc84 please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme, theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again the last version from themefores and reinstall it.
