Issue with my home page Text Excerpt

Hi,

I have issue in the text excerpt in the home page in module 9

I have set the module 9 excerpt lenth to 20

But in one of my post i am getting the excerpt more than content length 20. This is my site http://bit.ly/1P3acOY
What could be the issue??
