Would like to highlight that we have been using your theme so far and we have been pleased with its performance.
However, recently we had this issue with the multipurpose plugin. Our staff have been trying to login into the wp-admin backend but they get this error (only shows up on mobile)

It is identical to this error made in the comments page on themeforest recently;

We have performed the steps exactly as was the reply, and the result is the same.
