I am currently experiencing an issue with the Translations feature. It does not load the Vietnamese language as shown in the image, while all other functions are working normally. Could you please check and assist me in resolving this problem?

Based on your screenshot, I can see an admin-ajax issue. This is commonly caused when requests are blocked by modSecurity, your hosting provider’s firewall, or certain security plugins or server modules.
Could you please confirm if other changes made in the Theme Panel are being saved correctly?

I would like to confirm the following:
1. My website is not using any security plugins
2. Other settings in the Theme Panel are saving correctly without any issues.

However, the problem only occurs in the Translation section — it keeps loading and does not save.

I see, if the problem is only when you are using the Translation section from the theme panel, then it can be related to something else, maybe a translation from a field.
