Issues after install and activating the plugin

Hi people,

After installing my newsmag (latest).
I am not able to access admin.
I have verified that the files in question exist in the path they should. Not other changes are made since it a news site.

I have included pictures to show error, and the error message i get in admin.

What php version are you using?
Did you try installing clean copies via FTP, deleting the ones you previously installed?
Disable all caching prior to install?

(I don’t work here, just looooong time user.)

Hi,

My php is 8.3, running on Cyberpanel and mariasql.
Tried uploading and overwriting all files in the mentioned paths, but did not solve anything.

Caching was not yet enabled.

Thank you so much for your input.

FYI; you don’t over write when uploading via FTP; as you end up merging old and new copies.

Via ftp you need to *delete* the old newsmag folder, and old td-composer plugin; then upload fresh copies from scratch; then login, then activate the td-composer plugin.

That’s how I do it without any issues 🙂
