Issues with Email Plugin Post Upgrade

I just upgraded my site to the latest version and now the email plugin is acting strange. The field bar and button are not centered- see here on my homepage, http://www.cuddlepill.com

Hello Christina,

What kind of email plugin do you are using on your website? Notice that we do not have any such a recommended plugin in this case, sorry! We have email functionality at the Sharing section from the posts and which I saw that you are using it, here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8ZuCJgEQZkM If is not what you mean, provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Provide some useful screenshots.

Ah yes! I’m referencing the tagDiv Newsletter plugin. It’s on my homepage – the field and button are being formatted strange (email field used to be centered and button was on the lower right corner). I have checked your website and the Newsletter seems working as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IXEqNfrriuzY Where is the problem? Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
