Hi,
That is the ajax categories dropdown and you can enable it with the tagDiv Composer, select teh block, and under the filter tab https://prnt.sc/qAfYuYDPheOu

I tried it but the filter is not working. Editnews.in is my site

Do you set the filter, and this is not displayed? Could you provide some screenhost? Or if you prefer, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access. Let us know teh element where you want to activate the ajax category filter, and we will check it.
