Good day sirs/mas, please I am trying to use popup modal for my mobile menu scroll to class but the menu doesn’t appear. But modal popup works for other normal menus without scroll to class.
All pages with menu issues and scroll to class using modal popup are:

On the other hand I use normal modal popup for hiideemedia.com/blog and https://hiideemedia.com/jobz and it works perfectly.

I also set X icon for close modal popup but it is not showing at all on all popups.

Am confuse here. I am talking about modal popup menu but you are talking about button element. I have used this menu on mobile menu element before and it works. But I think modal popup looks more advance, that is why I want to make a switch. It was displaying before until the latest update I guess.

So please how can I create a similar scroll to class menu using modal popup??? Also your screenshots need to show the element you are editing in composer for me to understand the message you are passing across better.

The scroll to class feature can be found, for example, in a button element like in the screenshot, not like you added it in a span.
Did you also set the modal in the mobile version that you are using?

The close X icon now display thanks to your guide.
As for the scroll to class: I have deleted the menu with span and I use button but it still didn’t work. You can see the button added at https://hiideemedia.com/hoe-mob/
I think something is blocking the modal popup from displaying. I guess the overlay feature. You can try it using overlay header from your end too please.
I don’t think it is the span scroll to class that is blocking it from displaying.
