Just having some issues with the page builder after playing around with some stuff.
1) The black drop down bar along the top of the screen disappears when you move from the dashboard to any page and appears as a long list at the bottom of the page.
2) In particular Flexi Box 1 has decided to begin showing the category tags despite the option being set to hidden. Switching between hidden and show does not make a difference.
Not sure if they are related but both started happening at the same time. I am assuming I have edited something that I obviously was not supposed to. Any ideas on how to fix?

I will try to help you.
1. Where exactly does this black bar appear? A screenshot of the location would be very helpful so I can try it on my end.
2. That should not happen, if the category tags are set to hidden they should be hidden

Something must have happened if this is not working same as before. Maybe you installed a plugin for example, and this is now causing the problem for some reason.

Cheers for the reply, so I have gone through a heap of things last night and deactivated all the plugins and found the two offending plugins (Envato Market and tagDiv Speed Booster) though it may have been just the Speed Booster. It was an oversight on my behalf as I didn’t consider any of the tagDiv plugins cause I hadn’t touched any of them since they were installed but the other day I realised the Speed Booster wasnt working as it deactivates with Akismet Antispam but I got rid of Akismet to get it to work which would have tripped the issues.
I can live without Envato so have deactivated it and deleted it and re-installed the Speed Booster and it seems to have worked so far.
Just for future reference for anyone else these were the issues I was having.
