Issues with Tagdiv Optin in Builder Login/Registration/Forget-Password

Good day sir/ma, pls I have issues with tagdiv optin in Builder. I am using the tagdiv optin in builder to control how user accesses my website backend. Everything was working fine before I activate WordPress multisite feature on my installation.

The issues now are:
1. When new user register, they don’t receive a welcome email to activate their account. (I have already tried adding a user from the dashboard manually using admin privilege and the activation email was received successfully so the issue is from tagdiv plugins).
2. When a user enters their email address for forget password it says user not found.
3. Any user that registers is marked as Customer. I want the registered user to be a Contributor + Customer by default. I have set that in my WordPress default settings but I haven’t confirmed yet.

Pls how can I fix this issue? I want the login/register/forgetpassword to work for all users. Whether they are customer or author or admin. Everything should work perfectly.

I didn’t make any changes to the theme files and plugin files. I just recently updated to the latest version. I only add custom CSS and JavaScript from the custom code of the theme panel.

Please any solution to this issue for my wordpress multisite???

The login details are correct and the login is working properly. The functions that are not working are; the email to verify new account and forget password.

The login detail I give is correct to log in to check. Kindly make sure block letter start first.

The login is working from my end and some other users. Am confused why you are getting the error though. And the issue is about new user registration email and forget password not related to login.

I have send an email to the team. There is a file manager plugin there also to access the WordPress default files.

I have been using normal WordPress installation before and everything works fine but it stops working after I moved to WordPress multisite. So I guess the tagDiv theme/plugins have compatibility issues with the multisite feature.

The background image on the login page: hiideemedia.com/login is not showing perfectly as I wanted.

I want it to show as full-height background image. It should fit into any device that loads the page. From your recorded video(https://www.screencast.com/t/8kZItE5F9Ras), I can see some white background at the bottom. Please how can I make it full height

I haven’t heard any feedback from the support via email concerning my request. Please is anyone working on it already??? I have already tested optin builder with fresh installation on]f WordPress multisite and the new user email and forget password has issues but it works perfectly on normal WordPress installation.

Yea, thanks he has checked but the issue still pesists. After lots of issues making it work I finally conclude to use woo myaccount page as the optin in builder myaccount page at https://hiideemedia.com/my-account/. So it serves as both login and my account page.

You can login using Tagdivfix as both username and password.

Now i have an issue after logging in. The page shows two my account as i have set it. Both Woo and subscription account.
Can I merge the two into one just like it should align with Guestpost and others on the my account page after logging in? I have tried editing the page account block but it only request for page id. It would have been better if it can ask for page id or URL. Also, it will be better to increase pages(custom pages) to 10 to merge everything at once (the maximum is 7 but I need 8 to merge everything on myaccount page).

Are you guys planning to make URLs work for custom pages in the future so that we can maintain only one dashboard. Or if you have the fix kindly help me with it now by giving me instructions on how to get it done.

Yes, I have two elements but I want to merge the two elements into one. using two elements on a single page looks awkward. I will prefer to use one.

Okay no problem which file can I edit to make the custom changes to my account element block or page of optin builder.

Also is there any option to add codess to functions.php from theme panel so it wont affect updating of themes??

Pls i need answers to these 2 questions.

Am requesting for tds my account element block editing and default woocommerce my account element/block not login. I have switched to default WordPress login and am okay with that.
