Hi, I just bought Newsmag5. I loaded it but I don’t see any of the utilities listed. It turned my old homepage into a horrible confusing homepage, and it doesn’t give me any homepage alternatives. How is this possible?

Sorry, even though the zip was uploaded correctly, Newsmag5 Themepanel did not appear in the backend, I don’t understand why. In the end, I restarted my computer and now it appears. Thanks for the reply anyway.

Sorry, but something is not working.
1)If I open a page and try to use TagDiv Composer, a “critical error” screen appears and it’s not possible to work, even though the plugin is correctly installed and activated.
2)If I try to use Prebuilt Websites (ex. Magazine) it does not display the homepage correctly, no sections appear, just a sheet of text. And there are no entries in the backend that allow you to modify it.
3)When I tried to install the Mobile Theme PlugIn, the entire site crashed and I had to restore to the last save, losing a lot of work done.
The site is up to date (WordPress 6.6.2). Why does NewMag5 not work?
Hi paolamanciagli, Newsmag 5 works just fine for me. Maybe you have an extra plugin interfering or some custom settings from host.
If the problem is still persisting and you agree we can take a look, for this it will be need to contact us via email and provide a temporary wp-admin access to the website and a FTP or cPanel. Also, include the link of this topic to can identify you.
