I need to install a javascript code from a company that handles our affilate links for tracking but I can’t seem to find where to place the code. Our old theme had a section that allowed us to place a code right before the </body> tag which is exactly what I need.
I tried placing the code in the Custom Javascript section on this theme but the company still says it can’t verify our code install. How can I do this? I need to insert the code right before the </body> of posts and pages.

Simplest way probably in the header php file.
Can you recommend where exactly in the header, and do you work for this company?
As Chris says, you can place it right before the </body>.
Sometimes, that doesn’t work for me, too. So, I use the “Add To Content” plugin for this type of stuff. The plugin places it, intelligently, in the right spot for you.
