Javascripts and CSS creating bad loading experience on newsmag

Please check below this is what google speed test tells about the loading of website. Please give a solution to the issue. I have minimal elements on the site but still this is the result. And by the way i am using W3total cache plugin as my host doesn’t recommend Super Cache plugin which you recommend and i have total 6 plugins installed including “WPBakery Visual Composer”.

This is common to all themes and wordpress and not theme specific.

You can speed up some of these things… see theme docs under tutorials on suggestions to speed up wordpress theme assets. The speedboster plugin can help with somevof this, but this process is not one click solution, and also not technically a theme specific issue.

For example, theme does not manage loading of akismet, essb subscribe, etc.
