Jetpack Carousel not working

Activated it and Tile Mosaic plugins, but can’t make lightbox appear. Official Jetpack site tells it could be some conflict with theme. What am I to do with it?

you’re constantly ignoring my emails and post on your support forum
Is this your way to support clients?
Do I need to ask Envato to refund my money or what?
