I asked just a simple question, but your answer is not okay.
Popular (jetpack + stats module required) – when i choose that option and filter out posts or category it does not work. The posts still show up.
I have jetpack plugin installed and stats module enable.

Sorry if I was not clear enough the first time.
If you use the Popular (Jetpack filter), you can not exclude posts or category or use other settings -> https://i.imgur.com/H9rdOB8.png, because these options will not apply, will be apply only the filters from Jetpack.
Also in order to make the custom filters to work with Jetpack filter option is need to implement custom code and this is not covered by the theme support -> https://i.imgur.com/jYshT6n.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
