i.e.
– allow companies to register and create job listings by themselves?
– have listings paid by companies?

Where is the option to register/create company for job posting?
It seems that when submitting job the all companies are available in pulldown menu.
I dont want to be able to submit job for all companies.

Yes, but there can be a custom implementation to select what companies you want. We don’t have documentation, but you can create your own CPT and taxonomies for this.
