Hello,
This keeps sending request for non logged in users https://prnt.sc/Z-46l6Th3lAW
If I use query string in the URL for caching then it doesn’t send this request.
May I know the issue?

Sometimes, the issue can be caused by a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv; if you’re using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (including from your browser), and then check the results.
