jQuery library Error

My site theme is loading the jQuery library in the footer causing multiple javascript errors.Can i move it so that it will be loaded from the <head> section.Because i am using Sabai Directory Plugin in my site and its Location Search and radios function is not working,seems to be disabled.Please help me to solve this issue.http://srilankaclick.com/

Hi,

I have checked your site and that the jQurey library is already in the head section of your site: http://screencast.com/t/iPmUxXHbXgmX
The only way you could get this to the footer is if you activate the speed booster plugin which moves the script to the footer section.
