This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

You absolutely right!
For some reason in last version Newspaper I got issue with one of most important plugins for me.
I run pure empty WordPress instance install all TagdivPlugins and Newspaper 9.2.2
Conflict comes with a plugin called ThirstyAffiliates Affiliate Link Manager.
Can TagDiv Team investigate time to resolve issue?
Perhaps Issue from plugin ? But in this case your team can send support ticket to plugin author.

I investigate some time to debug issue,
and I catch it!
Problem in TD_Composer wp-admin script!
Problem comes on ThirstyAffiliates plugin report page.
And on any wp-admin page if you resize window size. (tested without ThirstyAffiliates plugin, only tagDiv components)
Please check screenshots,
and add it to developers bugs list.
