Hi,
I think when you say jump you refer to the change of font size, this is happen because the theme set a default font size, and you make some changes to it, the problem is that the speed load is low and the changes are visible.

The standard font that comes with the template does not jump, and when I change to the google font, then there is a jump from standard to new.
Some people say they need to preload the page.
