Just purchased the theme and can not activate it on my site or manually

I filled out the form on my site and the activation button just spun forever so I went to try and do it manually and got the following error.

dbal->query error

Please help so I can get to swapping my site themes over to this.

Nevermind, updated my server PHP and disabled all my plugins and was able to get it to activate.
