I just bought your theme but I am having 3 MAJOR issues…
1) The infinite scroll only works once (or 2-3 times for certain browsers), and the next “infinite scroll” doesn’t work or respond unless I wait about 15-20 seconds… At that point, it will “infinite scroll” literally all my posts…
2) The Big Slider does not allow me to slide for more posts, or use the Autoplay slider to do so… I’m stuck with 4 posts even though I have set everything to 12 posts… I even tried 8 posts, nothing works.
3) When I enter Post pages, none of my images show up on screen… I set them up properly because I’ve done this a thousand times on other themes and websites, but this is not working for Newspaper 4

I have no issue with slider set to 12 items as long as I have 12 items set as featured.
Infinite scroll also partially dependent on the web browser, and caching of the browser seeing the page, speed of system to query the dbase, size of images/thumbs being served, etc.
Item 3 not clear what you mean? If you see an image on your page when previewing it, the image would be visible for site visitors viewing post also. You may have a caching problem, if using cache, which is showing image in one view, but not another. Might not apply, but hard to tell without an example 🙂

Actually, I’m not using any Caching plugins nor any CDNs… And if you want any examples, I have provided my website where you can see just that. I might also point out that I’m having a 4th issue that is very much related to issue (2).
4) My “Next Prev Ajax” also does not work for any of my blocks.
I think that my whole “Pagination” system is broken for me.
Ah, you dont actually have a real website, just playing around.

I just found a 5th issue…
5) I cannot set a background using “SITE BACKGROUND”, it will just show a white background instead… This actually only happens when I enable “tagDiv speed booster”. When I disable speed booster, the Site Background works perfectly… I did not make any customization to speed booster plugin.
I also can’t set background using “BACKGROUND COLOR” in Theme options unless I turn off tagDiv speed booster.
Jesus… Here’s issue #6… Actually, I’m sure there are a LOT more issues but I’m simply overlooking them because I’d have to compile a list on a notepad or something lol.
6) When enabling tagDiv speed booster, the Search does not pre-show me a list of posts for my given search term.
Okay… another major issue
7) I cannot change anything in the Typography section besides the “FONT FAMILY”. I even disabled all the plugins..
Can someone please check out my website and see just what in the name of God is happening?

First of all we are sorry for the delay on which we are answering to this but we don’t work on weekends, secondly sorry for the inconvenience of this issues.
I have checked your site and noticed that you have fixed some of the issue:
1. The infinite scrolling woks fine now: http://screencast.com/t/yZQDm5GnLTtM we have some issues with this that we know about and try to find a better implementation, i’m referring here to the fact that you need to scroll back up and down again in order to load more posts. Note that you also need to have enough posts to load when using the infinite load.
I have tested all types of pagination and work fine. If you still encounter any issue try to use them without any plugins activated as this can cause conflicts and not work properly.
2. Noticed that you have now 12 posts showing into big slider so I’m guessing you figured that out, also noticed that the autoplay function dose work now.
3. Do you still have an issue like this? I not sure I understand what this issue is, I didn’t noticed anything wrong.
4. Looks like it’s working now.
5. I have tested this and the speed booster plugins should not affect the functionality of background-image/color.
6. Tested this and noticed that you have now the speedbooster enabled and seems that the search also works: http://screencast.com/t/kUSsXm3u
7. Should work. You can workaround this using custom css in theme panel > custom css. Please let me know what do you want to change.
Also note that we found and provided solutions to lots of issues on this forum, you can try to search here if you encounter any problems.

It is no worries, I totally understand that you guys need a break too 🙂 I’m actually confused at why it was working for you, I tried to replicate these issues and all of them still persists for me… Could you please take a look again and see if it’s happening? I don’t even know where to begin to start replying to your message as I still have all these isues :s

Try to disable all plugins, enable only the WP-Bakery plugin and check if the issues are still there. The SpeedBooster plugin may not work with all plugins.
