Is there any way to default all the new posts to have justified text? If I want something centered or left aligned I will set it manually. I want all text for all new posts to be justified.

Hello,
Depends what setting you have on the Single Post Template, you can import a template that has the text-justify -> https://i.imgur.com/2fXPztQ.png or you can use a custom code css.
