Label in front of post pagination

How to add a message to the left side of post pagination buttons added by the nextpage shortcode? I tried placing the message in span but it didn’t work.

Hello,

You will have to change the wordpress template for that as our theme does not add the pagination but rather WordPress does. This is a wordpress customization.
