Labeling Adsense Ads with Advertisement

thanks for your support.
im trying to label my adsense ads in theme standard slots.
But the theme´s standard slots only detects the adsense script but no other text or html.
i would like to insert a label like this:

i would be very happy if you can give me a hint how to do this with the standard adsense slots.

Easy to do with sidebar ads.

I think the way many folks have been doing this is by editing the ad module — but wait for TagDiv to give pointers on that.

You could try searching forum as it’s a very old topic at this point.

In our site, we added it to the sidebar ads with text box — for the big banner ad across top below logo/menu above content we dedided it was redundant since obviously an ad.

so i mean i wanted the ads in my content automatic at the bottom and and the top for example.
like u said it is working without problem in a text widget in a sidebar.
but not with the given ad slots.
you know in which file i can find the ad modules?

but this didnt work for me.
so i could insert the text but it appeared for both ad slots (top and bottom)
in the top of the content.

and additionally to that could you also tell me the same for the custom ads which i inserted in posts?

thank you for your help!
so as u said it´s working when i put it like provided in the top slot in that file.
but i want it that it appear also in the bottom ad.
when i put it twice the label appear two times in the top of the content.

so how can i do this also for the bottom ad and the ads i inserted with shortcodes in editor into content?
for example i put the [td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"] into content with editor of the ad tag inserted adsense code in custom ad slot 1.
so the ad is appearing on my website on given place. but i need also that there is appearing the label.
so for now i cannot edit the custom ad slots the bottom ad section.
