Hello,
I’m translating my website from the main language (Italian) to English with qTranslate.
Everything works fine except for the HTML field in my widgets, meaning that whenever I translate it to English the change is also reflected in the Italian version. What am I missing?

The issue is in the link to the archive page (“ARCHIVIO…” at the bottom of the sidebar).

If you want full translation you will have to first translate WordPress to English from the wp general setting and then also use the theme translation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/

I’m sorry I think my question wasn’t very clear.
What I meant is that in the widget section, when I use an HTML block I can’t change the content independently in the two languages.
For instance, here is what one of my Italian widgets looks like
…and here is the English version
If, in the English version, I change “ARCHIVIO PREMIO FUBINI” with “ARCHIVE OF FUBINI PRIZES”, then it becomes the latter in Italian as well.

Unfortunately qtranslate is not among the tested and recommended plugins so I cannot provide any solution for untested plugins. The official tested and recommended plugin for a multi lingual site to use with our theme is WPML.
