I have two languages active on my site with WMPL. When Global Header is selected I can see the lang switcher in the header just fine, regardless of which languages i’m viewing. When I select an imported header from the cloud library, I can see the switcher only when browsing in the main language. When I switch to the second language, the switcher is not visible. Can someone please help?
I forgot to mention that I have enabled cloud template translation and created a translation header for the second language. It does not seem to work either with no translated header or with translated header. I have also enabled language switcher in the footer and that works just fine in both languages, which makes me believe there is something wrong with the way I created the header template?
Nevrmind, figured it out. The menu itself where the switcher is attached to was never translated into the second language. Thanks to anyone who gave it some thought. Hope this may help someone else in the future.
