I see that Translation is available under Theme panel > Translation. Does selecting a language there and click on Load translation will translate my page to that language, keeping the original English article too available?
My ultimate requirement is to make an article which is published in English available in following 3-4 languages – German, Greek, Hindi and Dutch. Transposh Plugin for WordPress does that very well but some how it’s not working now. I want the same functionality over here with this theme.

Unfortunately, the theme translation cannot translate all your site and make it available in x different languages. It only translates parts that you cannot type in: https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/

You will still have to use a plugin to do that. Maybe something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-x/ as the theme doesn’t have such of feature implemented.
