I was able to add the adboxx just before the upper menu.
I have a few banners – the adbox needs to show different ads – how can this be done???? lets say I have 10 large banners to show on top of the page – how do I do that – I cannot manually update the page template each day….
IF this is BEYOND YOUR THEMES POWER PLEASE RECOMMEND A PLUGIN WHICH CAN HANDLE THIS
AS I UNDERSTAND ADROTATE only injects the banners inside content and sidebar – have you see it add large banners below the main menu? or can I add adrotate widget to the top of the page???? please reply this is urgent
ad rotate offers this way of banner placement inside page or post via a shrotcode:

where do I place it in the tagdiv editor for the code to be processed and banner to be shown?
the above code works in posts but how do I add to the page template or posttemplate so that the banner below this shortcode appear at the top of the page?
OK I WAS ABLE TO ADD THE ARDORATE CODE INTO THE CUSTOM AD BOX CODE IN THE ADBOX AND IT WORKED!!!!!!
PLEASE CONFIRM THIS IS A WORKING SOLUTION.
ALSO PLEASE COMMENT ON WHICH TYPE OF CODE CAN BE PLACED INSIDE THE ADBOX? IT ALSO INCLUDE THE AD CODE GIVEN BY THE AFFILIATES AND ADVERTISERS?

Yes, is possible to use other plugins with our theme and you can set the shortcodes in ad box with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/JoDEdKL.jpg
Now there are many users that use the adrotate plugin and said that this is working, but we can not say fir sure for what types of ads, since we tested only with adsence and static banners, hope that on future will can provide a tutorial as you said.
