Hey guys my client did something while trying to post an ad script to the header and now on the mobile version of the site there is a big whitespace right below the ad that I cannot get rid of HELP !
I checked the script, i tried creating a new page but still getting this big whitespace up top.

its not appearing on the desktop it only shows when sized down for smartphone

There is a blank image coming from your ad that is stretched to full width and height. Please check your ad code and remove the extra image. it is a 1×1 px image.

ok i relayed the information to the client and removed the script. They sent another script that is now out of alignment with the rest of the page. I swapped out their script and placed google ad in and it was still displaying way out of alignment so there has to be something else going on that is causing this….???
