For my website in google page speed insight, “Largest Contentful Paint” score is 2.6S and “Cumulative Layout Shift” score is 0.4. Both are very high and search console is showing poor performance for all the pages in the site. Please let me know how to reduce the score.

On https://crictamil.in/ it seems to be a bug that loads an element which slides at the beginning of the theme. lease check your website on different browser and incognito mode. This issue seems to be only on your side. You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Our developers are currently working on optimizing as much as possible the theme for this new requirements done by google.

Thank you too! Getting a tech person to fix this has cost us over $600, and it’s things in the theme development that are causing this.
Since Google is now demanding these changes, it only behooves the developer to update as more people will continue using and buying it.
