How can you change the “Latest Articles” heading that appears at the top of the loop in mobile, to say something else?

If you want to change the “Latest Articles” string at the top of your, please notice that you can do it from Theme panel->Translations section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ik0lTlA1
