latest news is not updated on the page, when as administrator you can see the latest news, but visitor only sees old news, I edit the page with TD Compeser and filter is latest, but it is not working very well for visitors

Hello,
Maybe you have posts that have not been published yet or are scheduled for publishing. An admin can see these posts as well.
Or it could be a cache. Caching usually affects the front-end but not the back-end.
Please clear all caching on your site and test again. Make sure the posts in question are not scheduled or simply drafts.

Thank you! it worked, it was a WP Super Cache plugin that was disabled
