I am using the demo 4 of Newspaper. We have Latest News on the left panel. I would like to replace that with the Twitter feed. When I am trying to delete the element it is deleting the column also, I just want the block to be replaced by the Twitter feed that we have created.

Can you please provide a link to your website and some screenshots with the elements that you want to replace with Twitter feed.
Normal this can be done using tagDiv Composer, edit the page use the right click on the elements that you want to remove and click on delete.

On this column are more blocks https://i.imgur.com/DUlHshX.jpg, if you want to delete theme you can simply do like this https://i.imgur.com/n3oKtxd.jpg (use the right click) you can do this until the column become empty -> https://i.imgur.com/ggo9sGL.jpg after that you can use the embed code from Twitter to embed the feed. This code can be set in column text or text with title in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/dY3qluv.png -> https://imgur.com/CSPcls9
