Actually just want to know is there anyway we can setup latest post list on menu for all post in small setup.

Hi,
As soon as new posts are published on the website, they will be displayed in the mega-menu, for the existing categories. So the latest posts will appear when included in a category that is in the mega-menu.
If this is not what you are referring to, please provide as many details as possible, for a better understanding.
