As you see on the video I try to add some row or inner row to the center and it doesnt work, it just let me to add top or bottom side of the layout. How can i fix this problem?

Hi melihkotbas.
You can set only inner rows inside the row.
The rows can be set only above or below an existent row.
Also, you can set as many inner rows you want in a row, but those have also the same way of work. You can not set inner row inside to another inner row only above or bellow it.
