Hello
I have currently have 100% page speed for desktop. But mobile is very slow. 70 -80 %
I really don’t want to turn on lazy load because of this metrics issue here Defer offscreen images
I am hoping to you can tell me if there is away to say lazy load “MOBILE DEVICE ONLY”

No, unfortunately, this is a general option and it is not only for mobile.
