With Lazy Load enabled, images are not being printed unless on the page that I want to print I scroll to load the image, else it is a blank area; I don’t recall this being a problem in the past with older versions of Newspaper.
I’ve disable all other plugins and this is consistently reproducible.

That’s correct! As the option name suggests, this is exactly how it works. The images are loaded lazily—meaning only the images visible on the first screen will load initially, and the rest will load as you scroll down and they come into view.
