When checking my Search Console, I found that my website has 59 poor url’s listed for long load times of Largest Contentful Paint and instances of Cumulative Layout Shift.
My website is Dudefluencer.com.
I am hoping you could give me some advice in how to fix these issues?

Yes, this is a new tool added by google for page speed, unfortunately for this moment we do not have a guide for this, but you can try the suggestions from the articles:
– Optimize Largest Contentful Paint
– Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)

I have the same problem with the cls. But the LCP you can easy fix by making some changes in the layout, so that there aren’t any images in the first viewpoint…

Don’t most of the Newspaper theme homepages have images on them? How would I make sure there’s no images in the first view point? Do you have an example you could share?

I think that you can make a test and set at the start of page some more text or elements that do not contain images, after that check to see if there are some improvements.
