Is there any way to get the theme to leave adsense alone? For instance if I put adsense in an ad box and I also put something else like a line of text it will delete everything except for the adsense. Also if I try to add any extra code it takes it out. Is there a way to make it stop altering the code I put in the box?

Please specify what code and how you are inserting it in the ad box. The ad sections should be used for ad purposes. If you want to enter additional code try adding it separately from the ad code, not inside the tags the ad uses.

From what I can understand, you wrap the Adsense code in this HTML and after saving the changes, the code is not there anymore. Please provide details about what exactly you are trying to achieve with the ad, maybe there is another way of doing it, while leaving the ad code alone.
