Hello, I was using these legacy Jetpack Widgets with Newspaper Theme
Blog Subscriptions (Jetpack)
Top Post (Jetpack)
But after I migrated my site to another hosting. I can’t see these legacy widgets anymore?
How can I enable it? I am using latest version of the Newspaper theme.

Hello!
The old widgets mentioned there are no longer available.
If you use the cloud templates, you must display the widgets from Appearance -> Widgets using the Widget sidebar shortcode.

So I was using the top post, can i show it with the short code?
Why it was gone when i moved the site? it was still there in my old site..

Do you still have it in the widgets? The shortcode will take the widgets from Appearance -> Widgets.
