Licence key and demo import issue

Hi team,

We are experiencing issues with the license activation and demo import processes. We tried activating the theme using the license key, but it displayed an error. Please refer to the screenshot at https://prnt.sc/MBpxaIKCW30r.

Additionally, when we tried to import demo data from the pre-built website section, we couldn’t find any button to import the data, and an error message appeared on the page. Please see the screenshot at https://prnt.sc/9113aTxFloPY.

Furthermore, we would like to request your assistance in importing this demo to our website: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_week_pro/.
