Licence on localhost and website

I purchase the theme and i want to know that i can activate the theme on localhost aswell as on the website ?

According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

okay. is it possible to remove the licence key from localhost and then use that key to activate the theme present on the server ?
