License activation ISSUE

I have purchased a new license for https://thehoroscopetoday.com

Unfortunately, I am unable to activate it, can someone have a look pls?

I’ve also sent an email to customer support with lots of screenshots, but no replies so far.

I was asking for confirmation that you’ve got my email and that someone is looking into this license issue.

As I am running a business here, I need the site live. Otherwise, I have no alternative but to request a refund as the license you’ve sold me can’t be activated – for whatever reason: recycled, activation server down, fake license, etc.
